Who is responsible

• Newsletter email address. If you use the "Get notified about new chat sites" form, you give us your email address so we can send you occasional updates about platforms we add, remove or re-review.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a limited time.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or social media pixels on this website, and we do not ask for any sensitive information.

How we use your email address

• To send the newsletter you asked for, typically no more than a few times per month.
• To reply to your messages.
• We never sell, rent or trade your email address, and we do not share it with the chat platforms we list.

Legal basis and consent

We send the newsletter only with your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to team@digitalproductfield.com.

How long we keep data

We keep your email address while you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we remove it from our mailing list, keeping only what is needed to make sure you are not emailed again.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when delivering them.

Depending on where you live, including under U.S. state privacy laws and the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its use. Email us to make a request; we will respond within the time required by law.

Children

This website and the newsletter are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has subscribed, contact us and we will delete the address.
